If you would like to cancel your order, please leave a message at the Q&A Board or customerservice@kaiujewelry.com as soon as possible.
We'll do everything we can do to help you. However, once the engraving process starts on the product, customers can not cancel their order.
▶ Repair Service
We offer life time repair service for any silver jewelry purchased from Kaiujewelry.com.
If the jewelry item is damaged please ask us through Q&A board.
We are sorry that an additional repair cost and a shipping If you want to adjust the length of chain, please ask through Q&A board.
When you ask to lengthen the chain, you can choose to change the old one into a new one.
An extra cost will occur according to the type or length of the chain and will be charged to the customer.
The customer is also responsible for the shipping expense.
